All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
2. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

3. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 USD per order, regardless of order size or destination, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Glovasi is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information before placing an order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Glovasi is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and also notify us at support@glovasi.com so we can assist you.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Glovasi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@glovasi.com, and we will try our best to update the address before the order ships.
