This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods for orders placed on Glovasi (https://glovasi.com) and the steps required to confirm and process your order.

1. Accepted Payment Method

At this time, payments for orders placed on Glovasi are processed through Payoneer, a secure and globally trusted payment gateway, using a USA-based bank account.

2. How Payment Works

  1. Place Your Order: Add your desired products to the cart and complete the checkout process on our Site by entering your shipping and contact details.
  2. Receive Bank/Payment Details: After placing your order, our payment (bank) details will be shown to you on the order confirmation page / email so that you can complete the payment.
  3. Make the Payment: Transfer the order amount using the provided Payoneer/bank account details.
  4. Send Payment Confirmation: After completing the payment, please email your Order ID along with a screenshot or copy of the payment slip/receipt to support@glovasi.com.
  5. Order Processing Begins: Once we receive and verify your payment confirmation, your order will be marked as confirmed and will enter our processing queue (processed within 3 business days, as outlined in our Shipping Policy).

3. Important Notes

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment confirmation (Order ID + payment slip) is received and verified by our team.
  • Please ensure the payment amount matches the total order amount, including shipping charges, to avoid delays.
  • All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Please make sure to send your payment confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders without payment confirmation may be cancelled automatically.

4. Payment Security

We use Payoneer, a secure and internationally recognized payment platform, to receive payments. We do not ask customers to share sensitive information such as full card numbers, PINs, or online banking passwords via email or chat.

5. Refunds via Payment Method

If a refund is approved as per our Refund and Return Policy, the refund will be issued back to you through the same payment method/account used for the original payment (Payoneer/bank transfer), unless otherwise agreed upon.
