1. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@glovasi.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns
We evaluate return requests on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item, and the following conditions must generally be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Clear photos or videos of the item (and packaging, if relevant) may be required, especially for claims of damage, defects, or incorrect items.
To start a return, please email support@glovasi.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps within 1–3 business days.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@glovasi.com along with photos/videos of the item and packaging. Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:
- A free replacement
- A partial or full refund
- Store credit
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
5. Refunds
Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If a refund request is denied, we will explain the reason and, where applicable, offer alternative solutions (such as a partial refund, replacement, or store credit).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@glovasi.com.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping or simply send a replacement without requiring you to ship the item back, depending on the case. If a return is due to a change of mind or customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
